Customer Support Specialist
You are the first face our customers see and the last problem they will have. As a Customer Support Specialist, you make sure every request is answered professionally, fast, and with real understanding of e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via email and chat in German and English
- Clarify and communicate tracking requests, returns, and delivery status
- Spot escalations and coordinate them internally
- Maintain support templates and FAQ documentation
- Work with the operations team on recurring issues
Requirements
- Excellent written communication in German (C2) and English (C1 or higher)
- Experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or logistics
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Empathy and patience, even with difficult requests
- Confident with ticket systems and digital tools

Key Account Manager
You know the world of D2C brands: their problems, their goals, and the pressure they are under. As a Key Account Manager, you build long-term partnerships with e-commerce entrepreneurs and act as their strategic contact for everything around fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the DACH region
- Run intro calls and coordinate onboarding for new partners
- Develop potential analyses and tailored solution concepts
- Upselling and cross-selling within the ShipSmartify ecosystem
- Monitor markets and competitors in the e-commerce space
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Deep understanding of e-commerce, fulfillment, or logistics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- An independent, structured way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent German (C2), confident English, spoken and written

Fullstack Developer
You build the nervous system behind ShipSmartify. Our operations platform connects tracking, inventory, returns, support, and finances, and you take it further. As a Fullstack Developer, you work in a small, fast team with direct impact on the product.
Responsibilities
- Develop our internal operations platform with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Design and implement REST and webhook integrations (carrier APIs, Aftership, Shopify)
- Database architecture and maintenance on PostgreSQL / Supabase
- Dashboards and real-time data visualizations
- Automations for internal workflows: reorders, exceptions, tracking updates
Requirements
- Solid skills in React / Next.js and TypeScript
- Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and SQL databases
- Experience with API integrations and webhook handling
- An eye for clean architecture and maintainable code
- Fluent German or English, technical English is a must
